Job Requirements

broad technical knowledge
ability to organize and deliver interesting technology presentations for seniors
over six months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products
experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
able to resolve problems with a high level of hospitality
able to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekend or holiday
excellent work ethic
excellent communication skills helping seniors with technology
social media experience including video or photography and strong writing skills preferred

Job Qualifications

broad technical knowledge across multiple operating systems and devices
experience diagnosing and repairing technology products for at least six months
proficient in using consumer electronics
strong communication and public speaking skills
ability to prioritize tasks effectively
social media experience including video, photography, and writing skills is a plus
