Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional mathematical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
- Must be tactful, courteous and conscious of client needs
- Able to work in various weather conditions such as snow, sleet, rain and hot/cold temperatures
- Must be willing and able to work any shift when assigned
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Understand and exemplify what it means to be a partner at Modern Aviation
- Promote and always maintain a positive image of Modern Aviation to all personnel, members, volunteers, vendors, and the community
- Ensure a safe operation protecting customers, staff, and equipment from harm
- Assist passengers and flight crews with professional Seven Star Service by offering additional services and exceeding customer expectations
- Responsible for the movement, placement, storage, de-icing, and fueling of aircraft
- Operate a wide variety of aircraft ground support equipment
- Exemplify ramp awareness regarding aircraft, debris on the ramp, or impending inclement weather procedures
- Perform work with minimal supervision
- Make fast decisions using judgment consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by shift-lead or Line Manager
