Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be physically capable of standing or walking long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license required
- must be able to work in all weather conditions
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to make decisions quickly and safely
- must be tactful and courteous to clients

Job Duties
- Understanding and exemplifying partnership values at Modern Aviation
- promoting and maintaining a positive company image to all stakeholders
- ensuring safe operations protecting customers, staff, and equipment
- assisting passengers and flight crews with professional Seven Star Service
- responsible for movement, placement, storage, de-icing and fueling of aircraft
- operating various aircraft ground support equipment
- maintaining ramp awareness regarding aircraft, debris, and weather conditions
- performing work with minimal supervision
- making fast decisions consistent with company policies and safety regulations
- performing other duties assigned by shift-lead or Line Manager
