Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- some mechanical repair experience or training preferred
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- basic math skills
- ability to work outdoors and lift 50 pounds or more
- willingness to follow safety protocols
- availability to work flexible hours
- bilingual skills may be necessary based on location

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the property
- maintain written maintenance schedules
- service equipment to meet specifications
- inspect equipment prior to and after rental
- document lost or damaged equipment
- support safety practices
- maintain yard cleanliness and organization
