Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in maintenance
- Hold a valid state-issued driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
- Eligible for a commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Vocational or technical certification or 5 years of experience in a related trade
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) report
Job Qualifications
- Vocational or technical certification
- 3 years experience in maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, or food equipment
- Clear, transparent, and respectful communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet commitments
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Teamwork and servant leadership mindset
- Completion of a 2-year vocational or technical trade program (preferred)
- License in related trade (preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (preferred)
Job Duties
- Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures (including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment)
- Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality
- Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules by completing and providing required written and electronic documentation (expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs)
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct training sessions for Store Associates on equipment care and cleaning
- Respond timely to equipment malfunctions and emergencies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational goals are met
