Job Requirements
- Vocational or technical certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible for a commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to adhere to safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Vocational or technical certification in a relevant trade
- At least 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment maintenance, or related trade
- Proficiency in using intermediate level functionalities of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train others on equipment maintenance and care
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and risk management
Job Duties
- Diagnose and repair commercial food equipment including ovens, slicers, fryers, and refrigeration units
- Develop and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules
- Train store associates on proper equipment care and cleaning procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate work orders and maintenance logs
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members
- Adapt to changing priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members under the Servant Leadership model
