Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of carpentry, construction, or roofing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform manual labor and physical tasks
- Consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in general carpentry, construction, or roofing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous facility maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to acquire skills in additional disciplines
- Consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Responsible for maintenance and repairs of rough carpentry including framing, wood decking, dock work, metal stud work, trim work, moldings, turnings, laminate application, cabinet work, window and door installation
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of seating, furniture, restroom stall doors, and partitions
- Complete repairs and finishing of walkways and roadways throughout the resort
- Manage preparation and painting of designated areas using various painting techniques to maintain scenic aesthetic
- Install and repair exterior finishes such as Dry-Vit, EIFIS, and stucco
- Maintain building roof surfaces performing roof, gutter, downspout, window leak and water infiltration repairs
- Install and repair interior wall and floor tiles, coverings, and commercial hardware including door closures, panic hardware, and locks
- Assist in creating, installing and removing specialized signage
- Enter follow-up work orders timely for discrepancies found and document all work performed
- Complete preventative maintenance and show quality checks
- Train new technicians on work orders and procedures
- Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
