Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial or event set-up roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Basic computer literacy
- Completion of required facilities and custodial training
- Valid driver's license if required for certain tasks
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of custodial and event set-up practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Communication skills
- Ability to adhere to OSHA and ISSA safety standards
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and CMMS
- Ability to safely move 75 pounds
- Ability to safely use ladders
- Ability to operate custodial and moving equipment
- Ability to work with diverse groups
Job Duties
- Set-up events
- Teardown events
- Clean-up events
- Complete and maintain required training
- Assist with work orders in CMMS
- Clean and maintain event inventory and equipment
- Remove snow and ice around building entrances
