Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to work the first shift from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- More than 5 years in a supervisory role
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a controlled workflow in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Perform pre-application preparation of parts and post-application tasks to prepare parts for subsequent manufacturing operations
- Conduct a variety of cleaning processes on turbine engine components and landing gear using chemical and mechanical cleaning processes, following established procedures
- Communicate frequently with team members regarding work instructions and voice problems to supervisors or other departments as required through work records
- Perform various levels of equipment, environmental and safety maintenance
