- Inflight experience of 2 or more years
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy and consistency
- Project management skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- Graphic creation and editing skills preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and/or Illustrator) preferred
- Graphic design experience of 1 or more years preferred
Job Duties
- Create, edit, format, publish, and distribute revisions to inflight policies and procedures manuals
- Work cross-departmentally to integrate new projects and flight attendant procedures into guides
- Create and edit graphics for manuals and guides
- Serve as project manager for initiatives related to inflight publications
- Develop and deliver training materials and webinars
- Create checklists relevant to inflight publications
- Review and respond to United Voices, IOR, ISAP, and FRMP reports assigned to the flight experience team
