Job Duties
- Manage training and registration process for internal and external participants
- provide course materials, location, travel, and access details
- coordinate with vendors to schedule engineers for external training
- maintain up-to-date online training information
- create and send invoices and quotes
- distribute certificates and surveys and store course documents digitally
- track and report data to support KPIs and metrics
- share course schedules and registration info with customers and internal teams
- welcome participants and issue guest badges
- prepare training space with necessary materials and equipment
- provide instructors with course documents
- arrange meals and refreshments during sessions
- greet guests and team members at the front desk
- serve as backup for the Hospitality team when needed
