Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative or training and event coordination experience
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • excellent customer service skills
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 75 pounds), keyboarding, sitting, and phone work
  • willingness to handle occasional exposure to machinery and loud noises
  • self-supervision capability

Job Duties

  • Manage training and registration process for internal and external participants
  • provide course materials, location, travel, and access details
  • coordinate with vendors to schedule engineers for external training
  • maintain up-to-date online training information
  • create and send invoices and quotes
  • distribute certificates and surveys
  • store course documents digitally
  • track and report data to support KPIs and metrics
  • share course schedules and registration info with customers and internal teams
  • welcome participants and issue guest badges
  • prepare training space with necessary materials and equipment
  • provide instructors with course documents
  • arrange meals and refreshments during sessions
  • greet guests and team members at the front desk
  • serve as backup for the Hospitality team when needed
