Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Eight years of progressive experience in manufacturing and industrial training field
  • Five years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to model best practices to direct improvement
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to interact with leadership, team members, trainees and educational agencies
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Power BI
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana PM Module
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws including Title VII, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, ADEA, ADA
  • Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC
  • Experience with servers, networking and OT network security

Job Duties

  • Oversee maintenance work standards
  • GERP SAP PM module management and implementation plant wide
  • Research, select and or design and develop resources to improve smart factory equipment, including CMS and OT network security
  • Development and implementation of reliability engineering concepts for asset management
  • Development of analytic dashboards to track key business and performance indicators
  • Assist in design, development and delivery of talent management programs and initiatives
  • Pilot technical training programs, evaluate and adjust before implementing to KIA GEORGIA curriculum
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to adjust training methodology
  • Coordinate technical trainers, SMEs, and educational agencies for training events
  • Supervise performance and development of technical development specialists
  • Assist with development and management of technical training budget
  • Develop and evaluate weekly reports related to training and development activities
  • Prepare and implement annual training and administration budget
