Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in IT project or program management
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
  • Proficiency with Windows and M365 office productivity tools
  • Proficiency in meeting and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Webex, Lucid, Mural
  • Experience using agile delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program management
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to drive results and accountability

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent education and/or work experience
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in IT project or program management
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 office productivity tools
  • Skilled in using collaboration tools like Zoom, Webex, Lucid, and Mural
  • Experience with agile delivery and project management tools including Jira, Rally, and Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program management discipline
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong ability to drive results and ensure accountability

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day assigned projects
  • Act as servant leader to teams by removing impediments and maximizing flow
  • Engage in effective customer communication and stakeholder management
  • Guide and support teams in adopting lean and agile best practices
  • Participate in and drive continuous improvement activities across delivery
  • Adopt and leverage product, engineering, and ownership mindsets
