Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in IT project or program management
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Proficiency with Windows and M365 office productivity tools
- Proficiency in meeting and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Webex, Lucid, Mural
- Experience using agile delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated knowledge of program management
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to drive results and accountability
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent education and/or work experience
- At least 2 years relevant experience in IT project or program management
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 office productivity tools
- Skilled in using collaboration tools like Zoom, Webex, Lucid, and Mural
- Experience with agile delivery and project management tools including Jira, Rally, and Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated knowledge of program management discipline
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong ability to drive results and ensure accountability
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day assigned projects
- Act as servant leader to teams by removing impediments and maximizing flow
- Engage in effective customer communication and stakeholder management
- Guide and support teams in adopting lean and agile best practices
- Participate in and drive continuous improvement activities across delivery
- Adopt and leverage product, engineering, and ownership mindsets
