Job Requirements
- associates degree in a technical field with minimum of 4 years experience or equivalent
- inventory experience a plus
- proficiency in MRP, spreadsheet, database and word processing applications
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to read and interpret documents
- ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra
- problem-solving skills for variable situations
- valid drivers license where applicable
Job Qualifications

- inventory management experience preferred
- proficiency with MRP, spreadsheet, database and word processing applications
- effective communication skills in written and verbal form
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings
- valid drivers license where applicable
Job Duties
- perform more varied and difficult aspects of the job
- provide training to others as required
- read and interpret drawings for customer support and planning functions
- input and maintain inventory data in Syteline and SAP
- create and input orders and cross reference and create jobs for manufactured items
- maintain and track status of all orders to ensure timely delivery
- prepare and track kits and RMA tracking numbers
- issue parts to jobs and maintain SOS stock levels
- perform SOS warehouse functions including cycle counts and restocking
- provide AOG support including researching parts availability and coordinating parts distribution
- analyze shipped orders against purchase orders and coordinate invoicing
- coordinate return of items for repair/ exchange including customs paperwork
- prepare quotes and secure vendor material quotes
- review customer purchase orders for compliance
- monitor and track engineering support jobs
- interface with vendors and engineering for obsolete parts
- administer warranty for customers
