Job Requirements
- associates degree in a technical field with minimum of four years experience
- inventory experience preferred
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
- proficiency with MRP systems, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
- valid driver’s license
- ability to interpret technical documents
- ability to perform basic algebra and calculations
- ability to solve practical problems involving limited standardization
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform varied and complex job functions with limited guidance
- provide training to others as required
- read and interpret technical drawings for customer support and planning
- input and maintain inventory data using Syteline and SAP
- create and manage customer orders and job paperwork
- maintain and track order statuses to ensure timely delivery
- prepare and track kits and stock jobs
- issue and track RMA numbers for repairs
- determine disposition of repair parts
- issue parts to jobs and manage inventory movements
- maintain SOS stock levels and process special orders
- perform warehouse functions including cycle counts and restocking
- serve as backup for product support and expeditors
- provide AOG support outside regular hours
- coordinate parts distribution and shipments
- dispatch surplus inventory
- analyze shipped customer orders and coordinate invoicing
- review and analyze engineering support jobs
- interface with vendors for replacement parts
- administer warranty processes
