- Completion of Safe Bar Network training
- Ashling Events certification
- Comfortable managing small groups and welcoming new people
- Interest in technology, AI, emerging tools, or innovation
- Availability to attend one event per month
- Ability to communicate occasionally with Coppla and Ashling Events between events
- Must be able to host in person
- Reliable transportation to event locations

Job Duties
- Host one in-person Tech & AI event each month
- Collaborate with Coppla to choose event locations and confirm details
- Greet attendees and create a comfortable, welcoming environment
- Facilitate introductions and help keep conversations flowing
- Provide brief post-event feedback or attendance notes
- Represent Coppla in a professional, friendly, community-minded way
- Occasionally identify potential partners, members, or venues when you see a good fit
