Job Requirements
- Able to perform basic operational duties in a restaurant environment
- Capable of standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting continuously
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle exposure to heat, hot liquids, and freezers
- Ability to move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills

Job Duties
- Perform station duties including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
- Maintain regular attendance
- Report customer or employee complaints or issues to Manager on Duty
- Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
