Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-2 years retail experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead a team
- availability to work flexible hours
- willingness to perform physical activities required by the role
- enthusiasm and positive attitude
- basic digital literacy
- commitment to long-term career growth
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- training and coaching experience preferred
- availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
- seeking a long-term position with ambition to advance in store leadership
- ability to stand, walk, talk or hear both in person and by telephone
- ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to differentiate colors
- regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Staffing: shift management, leading others
- customer service: ensures customer remains the top priority
- delivery results: inventory control, selling strategies
- merchandising: meets Rally House visual standards
- floor moves and merchandising
- organizing, game-planning and execution
- supports store leadership with returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention
- fosters a positive and enthusiastic team environment
