Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift at least 10 pounds, with or without assistance
  • availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week
  • maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • willingness to work full-time or part-time hours, typically 25 to 40 hours per week
  • demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry a plus
  • previous guest service or customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Deliver world-class customer service with a positive attitude
  • greet guests warmly and take orders accurately
  • operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
  • suggest menu items to enhance guest experience
  • maintain calm and tactful demeanor during difficult situations
  • cook and prepare wings and sides following recipes and safety guidelines
  • keep kitchen and work areas clean and sanitized
  • follow manager or supervisor directions promptly
  • comply with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol sales regulations
  • support team by assisting with various duties and tasks as assigned
