Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds unassisted, and over 10 pounds with or without assistance
  • Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time hours as scheduled
  • Adherence to safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Previous guest service or customer service experience
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Provide world-class guest service by greeting guests and answering phones
  • Use POS system to take and process guest orders and transactions
  • Practice suggestive selling to upsell menu items
  • Maintain calm and tactful demeanor during challenging situations
  • Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
  • Prepare and package food orders according to company standards
  • Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and sanitary
  • Comply with company and state alcohol sales guidelines
  • Support team members with various tasks and duties as assigned
