Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift 10 pounds unassisted, and over 10 pounds with or without assistance
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work full-time or part-time hours as scheduled
- Adherence to safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Previous guest service or customer service experience
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
Job Duties
- Provide world-class guest service by greeting guests and answering phones
- Use POS system to take and process guest orders and transactions
- Practice suggestive selling to upsell menu items
- Maintain calm and tactful demeanor during challenging situations
- Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
- Prepare and package food orders according to company standards
- Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and sanitary
- Comply with company and state alcohol sales guidelines
- Support team members with various tasks and duties as assigned
