Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide world-class customer service
- Take and accurately process orders using the POS system
- Manage multiple projects and timelines with urgency and follow through
- Maintain calm and tactful demeanor during difficult situations
- Suggest menu add-ons to enhance guest orders
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures
- Support team with other duties and tasks as assigned
- Prepare and cook wings and sides following recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety throughout shift
- Filter fryer oil and operate kitchen equipment safely
- Accurately package and deliver completed orders
- Comply with state and company alcohol sale laws
