Job Duties
- operating POS system including cash and credit transactions
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring tickets comply with MPAA ratings
- responding to guest inquiries professionally
- maintaining concession stand equipment cleanliness
- complying with food safety laws
- tearing tickets and directing patrons
- managing crowd control and seating
- monitoring theater conditions and cleanliness
- reporting issues to management
