Job Requirements
- Weekend availability for 6 to 8 hour shifts

- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching and crawling where necessary
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- required alcohol certification and training where applicable
- good public speaking and communication skills
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- ability to identify problems gather data evaluate alternatives and make decisions
- excellent communication skills with customers coworkers and management
- ability to set goals budget time and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- up selling suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience including 3D RPX and IMAX
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to phone calls and guest inquiries consistent with guest service philosophy
- handling general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating clean and prepare concession equipment
- complying with local state and federal food safety laws
- ensuring alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
- tearing tickets collecting and depositing stubs and directing patrons
- managing crowd control and assisting guests to seats
- conducting auditorium inspections to monitor picture sound quality and maintain safety
- reporting problems or discrepancies to management
- performing in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
- cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby and hallways
- monitoring cleanliness and operation of vending equipment
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
