Job Requirements
- Weekend availability for 6 to 8 hour shifts
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to undergo required training and certification
- Ability to read and understand training materials
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Completion of box office cashier certification or progress towards completion
- Completion of legally required state or local alcohol training and certification if applicable
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate information to reach conclusions
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Upselling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries and phone calls
- Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- Abiding by food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons
- Managing crowd control and auditorium inspections
- Cleaning auditoriums and public areas
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
