Job Requirements
- Weekend availability for 6 to 8 hour shifts
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if duties require
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable
- Ability to stand walk sit use hands reach talk hear frequently
- Occasional lifting up to 60 pounds
- Adherence to all federal state and local food safety and labor laws
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
- Problem-solving skills including identifying problems gathering data and evaluating alternatives
- Ability to work under pressure and opposition
- Excellent communication with customers co-workers and management
- Ability to set goals budget time and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling and accuracy of cash drawer credit cards travelers' checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Upsell and suggest Premium Viewing Experience (3D RPX IMAX)
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Respond to guest inquiries over the phone consistent with guest service philosophy
- Operate concession POS system handle stock inventory and clean concession equipment
- Comply with all local state and federal food safety laws
- Ensure current alcohol certification where applicable and comply with alcohol service age requirements
- Tear tickets collect and deposit stubs direct patrons to auditoriums
- Conduct auditorium inspections for picture sound quality and content theft
- Manage crowd control assist guests with seating
- Maintain cleanliness in auditoriums restrooms lobby and hallways
- Report issues discrepancies or unusual situations to management
- Assist with opening and closing theatre duties as assigned
