Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods during a shift
- Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds with arms
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Good eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
- Compliance with company attendance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Experience in sales associate or cashiering roles a plus
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Motivation to advance career and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance
- Run the cash register efficiently and handle transactions
- Make product recommendations and suggest purchases
- Maintain store appearance both inside and outside to high standards
- Assist with the food program as needed
- Work with team members to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Provide consistent and predictable onsite attendance
