Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to understand and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Effective team player
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service
- Prepare great tasting and quality food according to JIB procedures and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Perform one or more workstations efficiently in accordance with company systems
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest orders and operate cash register as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards to comply with regulatory requirements
