Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests’ orders
- Ability to operate a cash register and read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and potentially another language
- Ability to read and understand written English and perform basic math
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting customers promptly
- Prepare and cook food items according to Jack in the Box procedures and quality standards
- Operate cash register and accurately process customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure order accuracy
