Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
  • Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
  • Ability to listen to guests' orders accurately
  • Ability to operate a cash register
  • Ability to read video monitors
  • Understand and communicate clearly in English
  • May require ability to speak another language based on restaurant location

Job Qualifications

  • Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
  • Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to follow company procedures and standards

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests promptly
  • Prepare and cook quality food according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
