Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guests' orders accurately
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Understand and communicate clearly in English
- May require ability to speak another language based on restaurant location
Job Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow company procedures and standards
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests promptly
- Prepare and cook quality food according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
