Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- experience handling cash or POS system is a plus
- understand basic cleanliness and safety standards
- must be punctual and reliable
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts
- must adhere to health and safety protocols
- able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- provide completed work authorization if under age 18
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 16 years of age
- obtain a Food Handlers permit within two weeks of hire
- comply with all required training mandated by laws and company policies
- comply with minor work laws and provide completed work authorization if applicable
- able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management

Job Duties
- Arrive on time for shifts and adhere to clock-in/clock-out procedures
- maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform and slip-resistant shoes
- promote a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and supporting leadership
- follow hygiene and food safety protocols including frequent handwashing
- assist guests at the front counter and drive-thru with accurate order taking and personalized recommendations
- address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and surrounding areas
- follow all food handling and safety regulations
- wear a headset for clear communication during order taking
- perform janitorial duties including cleaning kitchen, storage, restrooms, dining areas, drive-thru, and dumpster area
- complete assigned duties promptly as directed by management
- ensure food orders follow company recipes and brand standards
- maintain well-stocked workstations and organize deliveries using the first-in, first-out method
- follow cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
