Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours nights weekends and holidays
- willingness to be flexible based on business need
- effective communication skills basic math and reading skills
- willingness to abide by appearance uniform and hygiene standards
- successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for Skating Carhops
- roller skate proficiently on various surfaces
- ability to continuously stand balance and carry tray while roller skating
- friendly and welcoming attitude
- willingness to cross-train in all stations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- effective communication skills
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in roller skating for Skating Carhops
- ability to stand, balance, carry trays, and deliver food efficiently
- friendly and welcoming demeanor
- motivated team player
- general knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred
Job Duties
- Wearing a smile to work
- taking orders and making accurate change quickly
- providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
- packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency
- preparing drinks and ice cream treats
- performing duties while roller skating after completing training (for Skating Carhops)
- maintaining cleanliness and safety of the drive-in restaurant
- adapting to cross-training in all stations
