ability to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays
ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
effective communication skills
basic math and reading skills
willingness to abide by appearance uniform and hygiene standards
successful completion of the SONIC skating training program (for skating carhop servers)
roller skate proficiently and frequently while delivering food (for skating carhop servers)
ability to continuously stand balance carry a tray and sweep while roller skating (for skating carhop servers)
