- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- Successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for Skating Carhops
- Proficient roller skating skills
- Ability to continuously stand, balance, carry trays, and sweep while roller skating

Job Duties
- Wearing a smile to work
- Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
- Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
- Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency
- Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
- Performing all duties while roller skating for Skating Carhops
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the work area
