Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work weekends and rotating schedules
- capable of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- ability to lift and move weights up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- must meet minimum age requirements for certain positions
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow store policies and procedures

- strong communication skills
- computer proficiency including point of sale system
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- capable of physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- age 18 or 21 as required for specific departments
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- stock and organize shelves
- operate computers and process sales transactions
- maintain general cleaning and upkeep of store areas
- answer phones, two-way radio calls, and make announcements over PA system
- use computer and point of sale system for transactions, product lookup, and inventory verification
- conform to scheduled work hours and shifts set by store management
