Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 16 years
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift over 50 pounds for up to 8 hours
  • tolerance for kitchen environment conditions including temperature extremes and hazardous substances
  • basic proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English
  • capability to handle cash registers and money
  • availability to work weekends, nights and holidays as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
  • must be able to work in a kitchen environment including tolerance for high or low temperatures and handling hazardous substances such as hot oil
  • must be able to read, write, speak and understand basic English
  • must be able to handle money and use a cash register system
  • must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays according to business needs

Job Duties

  • Ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable Fields Good Chicken experience
  • present a professional and polished image that represents the brand
  • maintain strict adherence to safe food handling procedures
  • promptly report safety, sanitation, and guest concerns to the Manager on Duty
  • stay updated and knowledgeable on product and procedural changes
  • participate in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities
  • provide assistance to other team members as needed
  • accurately process sales through the POS/register and handle payment transactions
  • follow secure cash handling procedures
  • keep counters and stations clean and well-stocked
  • maintain cleanliness of dining room, tables, chairs, doors, windows and floor
  • ensure bathrooms are clean and well-stocked
  • cross-train in various restaurant positions and functions
  • safely and effectively use chemical cleaning products
  • complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift
  • collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and memorable Fields Good Chicken experience for each guest
