Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Background check clearance as required
  • Forklift certification for Yard and Receiving roles
  • Must be at least 18 years old or 21 years old depending on position
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of retail products in multiple departments
  • Experience in customer service and sales preferred
  • Ability to operate computers and point of sale systems
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
  • Effective communication skills
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 to 50 pounds
  • Age 18 or older for general positions, 21 for certain roles such as Sporting Goods

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • Stock and organize shelves across multiple departments
  • Operate computers and point of sale systems to process transactions
  • Maintain general cleaning and upkeep of store areas
  • Answer phones, manage radio communications and public announcements
  • Assist in inventory verification and product lookup
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours and support rotating weekend shifts
