Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Background check clearance as required
- Forklift certification for Yard and Receiving roles
- Must be at least 18 years old or 21 years old depending on position
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of retail products in multiple departments
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred
- Ability to operate computers and point of sale systems
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Effective communication skills
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 to 50 pounds
- Age 18 or older for general positions, 21 for certain roles such as Sporting Goods
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Stock and organize shelves across multiple departments
- Operate computers and point of sale systems to process transactions
- Maintain general cleaning and upkeep of store areas
- Answer phones, manage radio communications and public announcements
- Assist in inventory verification and product lookup
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and support rotating weekend shifts
