Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes
- ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- assist in food preparation activities such as chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients
- maintain a clean and sanitized work area including food preparation surfaces and utensils
- follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- restock and replenish food items and supplies as needed
- handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- uphold restaurant standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
