Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Assist in food preparation activities such as chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area including food preparation surfaces and utensils
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
