Job Requirements

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Able to work standing, walking, and moving for long periods
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs
  • Able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long durations
  • Obtain a valid Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Ensuring guests leave the restaurant with a positive impression of Firehouse Subs every time
  • Maintain fast and accurate service while ensuring product quality standards
  • Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
  • Communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally
  • Food preparation
  • Maintain a safe work environment adhering to all food and safety guidelines
  • Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
  • Prepare guest orders accurately
  • Complete other restaurant functions such as cashiering or cleaning as directed by management
