Job Duties
- Ensuring guests leave the restaurant with a positive impression of Firehouse Subs every time
- Maintain fast and accurate service while ensuring product quality standards
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
- Communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally
- Food preparation
- Maintain a safe work environment adhering to all food and safety guidelines
- Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
- Prepare guest orders accurately
- Complete other restaurant functions such as cashiering or cleaning as directed by management
