Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service
- Taking and accurately processing orders using the ordering system
- Handling payment transactions including cash, credit, and rewards cards
- Preparing food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Assisting in food safety and sanitation compliance
- Supporting inventory control and assisting with restaurant operations
- Scheduling and training team members as part of shift leader responsibilities
