Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn
- Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier, team member, or in a customer service role
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to perform in a multi-tasking environment and work creatively with limited resources
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction
- Contributes to a positive work environment through enthusiasm, dedication, and responsiveness
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
Job Duties
- Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift
- Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary
- Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed
