Job Requirements
- Must have a San Diego County Food Handlers permit
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a fast and high pace environment
- Ability to work with industrial cleaning products
- Ability to work in cold and hot conditions
- Routinely stand, stoop, bend over, twist, pull, and push
- Must appear for work on time
- Must follow directions from supervisor

Job Qualifications
- San Diego County Food Handlers permit
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to deal with interruptions calmly and decisively
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Must be able to speak English
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and commitment
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and 3rd party ordering systems
Job Duties
- Maintain current knowledge of the food and drink menu, along with all major allergens
- Double-check orders before finishing the transaction to ensure orders are accurate
- Ensure food and drinks are paired accurately before they are given to guests
- Prepare drinks such as milkshakes and all other beverages
- Prep food items following recipes for large batch products and package those products
- Keep storage areas organized and tidy utilizing FIFO methods (first in first out)
- Read tickets and accurately prepare orders by assembling burgers, sandwiches, and wraps following the position checklist, and food and health safety standards
- Safely operate grill, fryer, and toasters
- Set up, organize, and maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment throughout shift
- Work quickly and efficiently to complete orders with the goal of five minutes or less
- Maintain stock and proper pars
- Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks
- Wash dishes and cooking equipment
- Maintain proper levels of sanitizer in dish sink and dishwasher
- Maintain an organized and clean dish area and work space
- Operate dishwasher
- Sweep and mop floors
- Take out trash and recycling
- Complete daily deep cleaning tasks
- Assist in other areas of the operation as needed
