Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to company standards
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards in the store
- Actively anticipate team and guest needs
- Differentiate between problems to solve directly and when to seek leader support
- Follow team priorities and take direction from leaders
- Uphold the core values in all actions

- Support team members and guests
- Demonstrate a learner's mentality and eagerness to improve
