Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand for 4 to 8 hours, bend, and move intermittently during work hours
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to ask for help when under pressure
- willingness to take direction from leaders
- eligible to work in the location
- physical capability to perform tasks with or without accommodations

Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practices active listening and connection
- anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard
- floats between barista and guest service and fulfills all team member roles
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following cash handling policies
- maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- anticipates needs for team and guests
- differentiates between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
