Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand for 4 to 8 hours, bend, and move intermittently during work hours
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to ask for help when under pressure
  • willingness to take direction from leaders
  • eligible to work in the location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • practices active listening and connection
  • anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard
  • floats between barista and guest service and fulfills all team member roles
  • takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following cash handling policies
  • maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • anticipates needs for team and guests
  • differentiates between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
