Job Requirements

  • Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to stand, move, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks for 4 to 8 hours
  • reliable and punctual
  • willingness to take direction and work collaboratively
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • enthusiasm for customer service and hospitality
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • physical capability to perform job tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • practice active listening and connection
  • anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
  • float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • anticipate future needs of team and guests
  • differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
  • take direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
  • bring core values to life including supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
  • bring joy and make fun happen in interactions
  • be helpful to team members and guests
  • maintain a learner's mentality with a desire to improve
