Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years to work for Ambrosia QSR
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Required to obtain a state Food Handlers Card within two weeks of hire
- Compliance with minor work laws and submission of work authorization form if applicable
- Ability to effectively communicate with team and management
- Willingness to take personal responsibility in all assigned tasks
- Capacity to work flexible hours in a dynamic work environment
- Adherence to food safety regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Age 16 years and or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possession of a state Food Handlers Card within two weeks of hire
- Compliance with minor work laws and provision of completed work authorization form if applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Willingness to demonstrate personal responsibility and treat others respectfully
- Ability to perform with energy and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work in varying environments including loud and energetic settings
- No prior experience necessary
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders for guests including specialty drinks and desserts based on company recipes
- Stock supplies in assigned workstation including food sauces and paper products ensuring the allotted quantity is provided
- Put away food and product deliveries using first-in first-out method
- Follow all cash and banking policies ensuring accuracy of change given
- Take guest orders at front counter and drive-thru with friendliness and a helpful attitude
- Resolve guest concerns or seek support from manager or shift leader
- Travel through the restaurant and exterior ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience
- Determine guest needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Be on time clock in and out as directed
- Come to work in a clean uniform and with slip resistant shoes
- Foster teamwork on behalf of co-workers guests and leads management
- Demonstrate fun and not horseplay
- Wash hands frequently
- Does not come to work sick and calls off from scheduled shift as required
- Follow all food safety regulations and use required equipment
- Wear a headset to listen or take guest orders
- Perform janitorial duties including organizing kitchen storage areas scrubbing floors maintaining restrooms dining room cleaning equipment and picking up dumpster area drive-thru lane and playground area if applicable
- Clock in and out for shifts as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
