Job Duties
- Welcome and greet members and assist with check-in and account inquiries
- Help new members learn about the facility, equipment, and amenities
- Contribute productively to team goals and solve problems
- Operate iPad, Microsoft Office, point of sale systems, and member management software
- Maintain club cleanliness and hygiene standards including equipment
- Show potential members around the club and explain services and culture
- Participate in inventory and restocking of products and retail items
