Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- Worker's permit required if under 18 years old
- TB clearance within 12 months or new test clearance if last test was prior to 16th birthday
- 0-1 years experience in food service or equivalent retail experience
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
- Mobility in refrigerated and freezer environments with temperatures between 40 and -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- Basic math and computer skills including Microsoft and POS
- Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
- Preferred cash handling and customer service experience
- Current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions in English and request clarification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and smile at each guest to make a great first impression
- Demonstrate urgency and a drop-everything attitude when serving guests
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on Jamba products and nutritional values
- Deliver perfect products and complete orders consistently
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions according to company policies
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appearance
- Adhere to all Jamba food safety and security guidelines while maintaining company equipment
