Job Requirements

  • Age 16 or older
  • Worker's permit required if under 18
  • Recent TB clearance test
  • 0-1 year experience in food service or retail
  • Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move during shifts
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to taste-test products for quality
  • English comprehension for communication
  • Cash handling and customer service skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
  • Prepare and serve smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines including food handling and TB clearance
  • Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy
  • Participate in training programs and adhere to company standards
  • Provide quality taste-testing for product consistency
